We operate with an attractive working environment to prevent injury and ill health and we have a proactive goal on ensuring employees well being.
To ensure, prove and show commitment to the Health & Safety of our employees we hold an ISO45001 certification. Every year a third part certification body is auditing our system to ensure, that we are always in progress, improving our working environment.
We have a committee on Health & Safety, working with different concepts of Health & Safety at FLONIDAN. This committee consists of both employees elected amongst the employees and employees selected by management. The employees are part of the Management Review on Health & Safety.
