Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our website and to see their journey through the website.
GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, but none of this information personally identifies you to us. We do not allow Google to share data with partners or to record your IP-address.

Inquiry forms
Should you choose to use the inquiry forms from our website, your information will be stored in our backend and collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP).
The information will automatically be transferred onwards to our Microsoft Outlook 365 system. From there, the data will be attached to any existing account with a similar email or else be created as a new contact.
In relation to an inquiry we automatically collect and store your company name, your name, postal address, email and login details.
Email newsletter
If you choose to subscribe to our email newsletter, the email adress, that you submit, will be stores in our backend database.
Your email address will remain in our database for as long as we continue to use it for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do so by unsubscribing, using the unsubscribe link contained in every email newsletters that we send or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send us your email using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.
While your email address remains within our database, you will receive periodic newsletter-style emails from us. Our newsletters will keep you posted on our latest product and company announcements.
Website cookies
We treat information collected by cookies and other technologies as non‑personal data. However, to the extent that Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal data by local law, we also treat these identifiers as personal data.

We will report any unlawful data breach of this website’s database or the database(s) of any of our third-party data processors to all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.
